Etowah River WTP - Cherokee County Water & Sewer Authority, GA (www.ccwsa.com) 

The project consisted of a substantial expansion and upgrade to the existing water treatment plant to a total production capacity of 36 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work included providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new and existing plants including Iconics HMI software, Modicon PLCs and a fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by PBS&J and completed in January 2007.

 

Cornish Creek WTP - Newton County Water Department, Georgia (www.co.newton.ga.us)

The project consists of a substantial expansion and upgrade to the existing water treatment plant to a total production capacity of 26 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work includes providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new and existing plants including Intellution HMI software, Modicon PLCs and a fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by Infratec and is expected to be completed in late 2009.

 

Monmouth Beach WWTP – Two Rivers Water Reclamation Authority, Monmouth Beach, NJ (www.trwra.org)

The project consisted of a substantial expansion and upgrade to the existing wastewater treatment plant to a total production capacity of 25 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work included providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new and existing plants including Intellution HMI software, Modicon PLCs and a redundant fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by CDM and completed in January 2005.

 

Northeast WRF – Clayton County Water Authority, GA (www.ccwa1.com)

The project consisted of a substantial expansion and upgrade to the existing wastewater treatment plant to a total production capacity of 30 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work included providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new and existing plants including Intellution HMI software, Allen Bradley PLCs and a fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by CH2M-Hill and completed in February 2008.

 

Neuse Regional WTP – Neuse Regional Water and Sewer Authority, Kinston, NC (www.nrwasa.org)

The project consisted of a substantial new water treatment plant with a total production capacity of 20 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work included providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the plant including Intellution HMI software, Modicon PLCs and a redundant fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by CDM and completed in June 2008.

 

Ormond Beach WTP – City of Ormond Beach, FL (www.ormondbeach.org)

The project consisted of a substantial expansion and upgrade to the existing water treatment plant to a total production capacity of 16 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work included providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant and the existing filtration plant including Intellution HMI software, Bristol ControlWave PLCs and a fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by CDM and completed in March 2008.

 

 

White Tanks WTP – Arizona American Water Company, Phoenix, AZ (www.amwater.com/azaw/)

The project consists of a substantial new water treatment plant with a total production capacity of 20 MGD.  ICS’s scope of work includes providing a completely new instrumentation, control and SCADA system for the new plant including Wonderware HMI software, Allen Bradley PLCs and a fiber-optic Ethernet data highway.  The project was designed by Black and Veatch and is expected to be completed in late 2009.
